Yep same here, boosted building and lost art for brawl, scored brawl points, but zero dev points for the comp. 

Unforunately until it's safe enough in the Ukraine the support staff will not be avalable to help We ask that you please understand . 

Now exactly what boost did you use to boost what and what result were you expecting from the result of your actions that you did not get .

Building boost for the comp must  be with universal Boost boosting with sapphires will not give you the credit  for boosting in the warrior pass event

Sapphires are only applied and given credit for In Unit Purchase and or revival and for any purchases in the Black Market 

Also  sometimes I find when things don't appear that reseting the game often bring the item forward

Almost 3 months now and still can't login to my league The Walking dead  -- I am the marshal can anyone help and i hope some members are left .  But i am saving lots of money :)
