Yes the maximum battleground is currently level 175. But the level are increased periodically, i think in 3 months or so 5 more levels will be added

The report should appear just clear browser cache and refresh your page.

at reset you should see a level 175 appear to replace the one you cleared

You should have gotten another level 175 battleground after you killed the first one.  This will not give more skull runes but can give a normal troop payout like any other battleground.
