The discription of this item is bugged?

It seems unlikely that an item costing 10 silver gives a 30% boost for 2 hrs to all members of a league when the League Enrichment costing 10 gold gives 20% for 1 hour.

And the item description is "Solo" where as the item in League enrichment tab is called "League".

Probably want to fix that before people start moaning about it (even though it seems pretty obvious to me).
