l've played your game for four years and the only legendary that I've been able to get is aleksandr I've invested 300 hundred dollars in this game this is not right I'm not rich YouTube person love the game I've got five characters that are level 50 and I still can't beat the game on hard with any those characters that I have
You must have gotten many shards even if you're f2p. Do you save your shards for 2x events?

That is just bad luck unfortunately. Where are you in the game? What level dungeons do you do? What clan boss difficulty etc. Or do you just do campaign? After 4 years it would be impossible to be low level.
Some the dungeons I can't get past fifth floor but some on the tenth floor I all of the mastery for aleksandr the sharpshooter even with doompriest I still can't beat the last location on hard to get that Lego even if I did it I would probably get a rare character like the three times I got some lego's

Sacred Shards cannot give rare champions. If you want to post screen shots of your champions in the game discussion section, I'm sure people would be glad to help you set up teams to help you advance.

I would pull Ursala and Rowan out of your vault and level them. Ursala first, and level her as fast as you can. Both of these champs are fantastic.
