So i played on my phone , then wanted to log in to facebook to keep my progress , after i log to facebook my progress got back to 0 :( , what can i do to get it back , ive downloaded the pc app and instal the game and log on to facebook but still the same ...

Im a new player , didnt progress so much ,My id was , Gabzy21 , i lost acces to it on 18 sept. Around 15:15 Romania time , i started with Athel , got dark elf archer , crusader and Pyxniel , i jooned guild Dragon Romanians.
I sincerly dont want to lose my legendary and have to start over on my mobile ...

Hey thanks for the reply , i got a ticket/mail open since 18.09 and now im waiting for the solution got 2 replys and the last reply sayed they found the acc and tha the acc is new and maybe it aint that one .
