Trying to contact customer service
Anyone know how I can communicate with customer service. All my messages go ignored.

I have tried several times to contact them on many complaints. The game wouldn’t load for 4 days. I AM NOT A BOT! I have invested real money on this game and have NOT received any compensation for downtime or even a response to the multiple tickets I have filed.

I have filed several tickets. They do not respond. You would think when people help support the game by spending money they would have the common courtesy to at least respond in some form or fashion... they definitely didn’t hesitate on billing my account for purchases...

I suggest filing in lawsuit against plarium because thats illegal. Soon as you request support that involves money/purchases, they dont help you.
Personally i have opened lawsuit against Plarium and yeah now i just gotta wait, i was told the court lines are long so it can take max 12 months.

I purchased a beginners progression package for 49.99$ I got all the rewards from it accept right when I got to the last reward the scared shard it financed and never gave me the sacred shard. I’ve given them numerous messages they message me back and said for me to send a screenshot of my purchase and I did and they are still saying there is no record even though I sent theM the receipt in my email that the App Store and plarium sent me. I’m legit going to sue them if they do not own up to my purchase

Horrible company.. I’ve sent so many support tickets my thumbs are tired, they have absolutely no interest whatsoever in even PRETENDING to help us with ANYTHING.. I want all the money I’ve spent with this useless company and can keep this game and shove... they can keep this game, I’ll spend my money and spend supporting developers who would ACTUALLY support me back.. obviously they’re not going to..
