im asking for a private chat that only includes the elders and chief of the clan so they can stragize things between themselves in game. and they can keep that information away from potential spies.

additionally it would be nice to be able to delegate some of the chief maintainance abitlities to our elders so that they actually lead instead of doing nothing special.
