Hero skills V location of Hero
I have some hero skills that allow resources to be gathered faster and also to lean and build faster.
I noticed that my hero has to be present to get the bonus from faster gathering. if I send 2 armies out to gather, the one with the hero gathers faster.
My question is does the Hero need to be in my city to get the learning/building bonuses. Does the hero have to be in the city when you start the learn/build or have to stay in city the whole time or neither?
