I noticed that all my resources stopped updating. It's been a week or more.
I cleared my cache.
Why are my resources not updating?
I have billions in capacity and am stuck at 747 million.
The only time it updates is when I get a reward.
Check that you haven't reached the town storage maximum level,production stops when you do.
Click palace , click statistics, click each resource.
This is what the usual cause is.

Everything you wrote in both of your posts on this issue indicated the situation is as I suggested.
If it really isn't you are going to have to contact support directly with your problem.
Meanwhile.
If your figure in box A is bigger than in box B, that is the reason you are no longer producing any more resource.
