Plarium play not loading on win10 with local user account (no admin)

When running plarium play, nothing happens/starts. This is done with a local account (no admin) on windows 10 (20H2 build 19042.1165).

To reproduce:

I installed plarium play yesterday. I ran the setup file from a local user. It needed admin rights, so I selected admin user to grant rights. After installation I could play Vikings. 

Today, after rebooting PC, and running local user, starting plarium play results in not loading in the program.

Checking ..\users\localuser\appdata\local\, there is no plarium\plarium play folder.

However there is a \users\admin\appdata\local\plarium\plarium play folder. Running the plarium play logged in as admin user works. However that is not recommended procedure.

No workaround: Running plarium play as an administrator while being local user does not work.

pp_log has two different errors:

C++][Error]  {

  "Error" : "Can`t get string from registry, value name - StoreFlag, RegQueryValueExW, with error code - 2"

and

[C++][Error]  {

  "Error" : "Some problem while try get bool from registry"

J'ai exactement le meme type d'erreur dans le fichier journal. E comme le support ne répond jamais, la méthpdepour réparer sois meme serait pratique.

J'ai ce problème avec un autre jeu, Soldiers, mais je ne reçois que le mail automatique.

Quand un membre de la team support me répond, c'est pour me donner une procédure standart déja faite mille fois

Ensuite, il ne répond jamais au mail.

J'ouvre donc un nouveau ticket d'incident tous les trois jours... 

Tous ces problèmes apparaissent depuis la mise à jour Plarium Play 6.9

Avec la 6.8, tout fonctionnait.

Ca devient compliqué de jouer à un jeu Plarium...
