You cant miss the gold being added,but maybe you have to search for the others to be sure.

Have you opened the coffer, first icon and then checked my items?

I am not sure what you are asking.

Sometimes  there are problems with the bank offers and  the administrators normally sort things out.

Ideally what you need to do is, make a record of what is in the offer before you buy it.

Then look at what you already have in your "my items" and make a record of them,

Then when you  have bought the pack,  look at "My items " again to make sure that they arrived.

If there is gold in the pack, and there usually is, it is much easier to tell that it has been delivered,because  its on the town page at the top of the screen.

To find "my items"  you need to do this.

Go to the town view.

At the bottom of the this page make sure that you are on the first set of icons. .

Click on the house icon.

Click on the first icon, its a tresure chest.

On the items page that opens, click on "my items "

Explore,

Treasure,Resources,Boosts,Bonuses,Military.

It is here where your stock is kept,and it is here where you should see a change in numbers when you buy a pack from the bank.

You  may have already done this, so If you are certain that not everything arrived.

I do not know which system you use to play the game,nor able to explain to you,how to collect and send the information that they ask for.
