Ok so I bought packs and never recived them I sent all the stuff I needed and 24 hours later still no help from the support team!!! I lost 30$ and have nothing when am I going to get help from this company !

On reading the opening post I was sceptical about the buying with gems,and had thought about just writing 'look for silver packs in my items, resources, in the chest at the bottom of the page'.
However.
Seems Ivar is stumped,so wonder if Rusty is talking about the this game or in the wrong forum.

Rusty may be refferring to buying silver from the seasonal store with runic coins,,if so then look in your inventory and click the treasure/my items tab,you should find it there if this is what you meant
