Good Night

I seem to have an ongoing issue every so often at the end of an even I am unable to get my prizes, again last night at for Battle Pass levels 29 & 30 I did not receive my prizes.

Because of my ongoing issue I normally would look at my troop count so I know what I am starting with before I claim any prizes, it happened again last night nothing was added to my count . I am out 100 Gauss Guns and 50 Disintegrator, its unfair and its not the first time its happening to me can this be looked into.
