When your troops arrive, or recon a Sector, the data is synchronized with the game server. This is why the units in the Infirmary are reset and highlighted again. This is a technical feature of the game.

Platform=Facebook Server=Red Zone. The problem is in the infirmary all units are highlighted to be restored. I have to un-highlight them to only restore the units i wanted,which in this case was a 6-10 drones. When units return or a recon is done it causes a delay and the infirmary resets to all units highlighted. This caused me to click to restore the drones costing around 40 crystals, but instead some units returned on the game and the infirmary resets and highlighted the whole page causing me to lose around 28000 crystals.
