There are some items that won't move on my sector; xmas tree, also your suppose to be able to buy a page for contacts with protocrystals, I don't have that option.

I'm going to assume that you've tried clicking on the constructs you want to move? (Note, you may have to click their "model", rather than their "base".)
As for the purchaseable contacts, I believe you can only buy 100 (10 sets of 10 pages?), for a total of 200.
