If I think what you're posting is what you're intending to post, then it would violate point 3.5 of the forum rules ( https://plarium.com/forum/en/rules/ ).
However, if you're reporting a selling account, then you'll have to submit a ticket to the Help and Support Desk, with information which may include, but is not limited to, their coordinates, messages between your account and theirs, and screenshots of such.
