I should get those fleet units because I follow every rules of the forum and even help out some people when moderators are not online.
Another reason is that You used my "Story time commanders!" concept and I got nothing for the Idea. I believe in "If you're good at something, never do it for free!" Therefore giving these fleets is just a pay for my idea.
Besides, Everything in the Wasteland is a chaos. "Introduce a little anarchy. Upset the established order, and everything becomes chaos. I'm an agent of chaos..."

maybe a reason why i should have those.....
Ehhh, after my final battles with Morgana and have kicked her out of all 125 levels of infest i got a lot of new units. It would be logistical very easy if i get some extra fleetships to move these units around the map of the wasteland
