Hi Plarium, I have made two purchases from game Bank, the "Summer Heroic" Offer, on yesterday Saturday 14th July 2018 between .  I have received the gold, but not the Inquisitor's Faith nor the Hero's Stamina that was part of the packages.   Also I have search and tried to locate game Support to lodge my case but with no success. I hope you view my matter and rectify this situation as soon as possible.
