It's exactly the question we discussed with devs already!

They're working on adding a feature that will allow setting moderator for both global and regional chats :)

They plan to implement it in either January or February update.

 Unfortunately, there are sometimes aspects of the game that can not survive without human interaction. The chats for example, no matter how long is the list of banned words or how complicated the rules, there are always ways around them.

 We would really appreciate if the team could clean this before the holidays end !
