We have several limits in our game:

1. 50k rss raided from one castle per week. Not more.
2. 50k as delta between raided and lost. (You were raided for 50k rss. You can raind in return 50k+50k=100k till limit.)
3. 5 caravans to 1 player per day, 20 caravans total per day.
4. 250k/250k/2.5kk rss per week - it's a "delta" limit for receiving rss from all your league to one person. (Ofc, limit won't appear if this player will send anything back.)

Well, that's how it calculate:

1. You have 10 raids per day (base). 24 hours = 1440 min. 1440/10=144 min=2h24min per new raid.
2. You've activated paragon +3 raids. 1440/(10+3)=111min=1h51min per new raid.
3. You've got +3 raids in Obelisk + paragon. 1440/(10+3+3)=1h30min per new raid.
