any losses caused by the downtime should be reported to support team in order to get back all your losses

thank youI agree, Plarium could have ignored the outage but instead they gave all players a reward, even if they were not inconvenienced.
how can u say we were not inconvenienced when the game goes down for approx 6 hrs .? lol not once but twice in a single week .
as for the rewards ..rofl there a joke ,

If you don't like the rewards, you have a chance to improve them. If you have any ideas or suggestions what should we include in the packs, share them with me.
