As usual Moderators don't know what they are talking about. A usual moderators are giving wrong and misleading information to players. 

This city schema is not only on facebook, it is on portal sparta too, and no, it is not in special offers, it is not possible to purchase. It's given by Plarium  for VIP players.

Gold Wings are for 2 years of being VIP player. How to become VIP? Plarium does not want to tell us. Theory among us peasant palyers is that it requires regular spending money on game every month, probably more  than 10 dollars every month, but that's only a theory.

The moderation team always tries to give you the maximum quality answers to your questions, I'm sorry to be out of this rule today. 

Regarding VIPs, the community team has relationships with the VIP service, but they are (VIP service) very discreet and give very little information, these information are the ones we pass on topics like this one. But isn't it better to keep the suspense ? 

Selection to the program is now an automated process that is carried by a special algorithm. It checks a lot of criteria, and only then sends the Join Quest. It takes multiple factors into account, among them are the amount of time spent playing the game, how long ago players joined, and their levels of activity in the game. 

However you can always ask a VIP already selected, I am sure he will bring you some information !

We will not lie on the fact that the purchases made can influence the selection (unless the system has changed) and we have never hidden it, but this is not the main criterion.

I think it's better to focus on the criteria I mentioned in my previous post than to rely on special offers to try to become a VIP.
