There have been no updates to the in-game prices lately, Archon.

Hi, I am very sorry to see that you guys do not seem to understand exchange rates so I apologise and will have to explain it as if to an amature.

1- you are charging me £10 for purchasing your epic. now if I swirch my payment to USD I see that this pack is worth $9.9.

2- Considering the exchange rate of today of 0.778 for USD to GBP then the actual price of this package is 9.9 USD x 0.778 = 7.70 GBP

therefore yo are over pricing the same package for 10 - 7.70= GBP 2.30 

Now can plarium explain why they are overcharging their customers by almost 23%?

thanks for your feedback but you seem to miss my point completely. i am talking about the equivalent of currency to currency rates. 

in international makets before the rate of currency for pound to usd was 1.1 therefore your pricing team increased the prices in our currency (Great British Pound) to reflect the change in currency value. 

now the rate of exchange of pound to usd has become 1.29 (today) and it has been stable for the last month and the economic outlook says the exchange will remain same or grow stronger. therefore plarium needs to change the prices to match the exchange rate.

Right now if i pay in usd instead of pound i can buy same package 25% cheaper but i incur currency charges but it will still be cheaper. therefore please give your finance team my comments.
