With some tips that your combination could teach you, you would also be able to exceed this limit (more 50k).
However, it seems to me that when you attack a player and that player makes a "revenge" he can recover more resources too.

Commander,,It sounds to me like these hits are "Revenge" hits..If you hit his base and he has the option of Revenge..I do not think raid limits apply to a revenge ( or retaliatory) hit

Commander..From what you are describing to me..it sounds like he is possibly using what many players term.."Convoy Trick". This is where you will send a full convoy of any resource to the base you are hitting about 35 sec. before hit lands..When you send the convoy tracker will appear and you have 60 sec. to cancel the convoy..If you send 35 sec before hit and cancel immediately after hit ( about 40-45 sec. into convoy ) you will be able to receive 50k from hit and the amount your convoys held..Since convoy was cancelled you do not lose any resource but collect extra from the hit

Nope, with the convoy-raid technique, combined with other techniques you can earn more.

convoy trick is old hat.
1st raid you take 100k
2nd raid you take the max you can send in a convoy. I can take 88000 per raid
3rd raid I take another 88000
4th raid another 88000
keep going until you run out of raids or they have nothing else left in their base to take.

It's been my exp. You can move up too 100k from bace to bace. When and if they attack back will determine how much I can move again

Commander..The first bit of advice i recieved when I started playing Soldiers was "Bunker up and spend down"..That was good advice back then and is still good advice today..Bunker your units and spend those resources...Give your opponent nothing but "Air"

88,000 resources were taken from my base with each attack.
But when I attack, I'm not allowed to take anything out of his base.

Hi, commanders. Thank you for your comments. The described situation is not a bug. Please note, with the Cobra feature it's possible to get more than 50k resources in one turn is a case you fully upgraded Bunker Raid and Bunker Raid Chance Contracts.
So, what possible for your opponents is possible for you as well :)
