1) Increase the number of tactical (and other) reports that are maintained so they don't scroll off the end of the list into oblivion because some other commander decided to send 100+ one man raids.

2) Allow tactical (and other) reports to be marked "Keep" such that they don't get deleted, or alternatively set up a new tab where reports can be "archived" and kept indefinately.
