we are talking about a 20 to 1 ratio.

if you have 100 "regular bonds", by combining them you could only get 5 "advanced bonds" ...

It is also very likely that the 5 new bonds obtained will give you the same rewards you would have obtained by opening the 100 regular bonds you discarded, as these two bonds offer the same rewards, with the exception of a potential reward for a "Special Operative - Tier 2" (but only if you are extremely lucky!).

considering all this, it does not seem to me that the introduction of this possibility (combining "regular bonds" to obtain the "advanced" ones) risks to overturn the balance of the game (as you support).
