An inactive clan member was removed from the clan - after a break this person want to come back but cannot join a clan they have been kicked from. Is this intentional? is there anyway to get them back in beside having them start a new account?

In order to get a kicked member back in we needed to have that same kicked member post something in Global Chat (both an officer and that person had to be in the same Global Chat) and then invite them back into the clan.
