Hello. I submitted several times in technical support this problem, then I was advised to submit it here. I used 10 blue crystal to summon 10 new heroes, but at that moment game got freezed. I waited for 10 minutes and restarted my game, and then I found out that I didn't receive new heroes and 10 blue crystals disappeared. It was more then 1 month ago. Thanks for your help in advance.
