I don't know if this helps the creators pin point the problem, but I have gotten into the app 2x since the update has (...wait 3x! I just got back in!) since the update/patch went live. If I let the app/phone falls asleep, the problem restarts. There is something going wrong with the opening of the app. If the app opens, mine plays fine, but if it doesn't, it takes many tries to get in. Once in, the game works well.

Second problem: I got 1 Boss Key, 3 Coins for the Arena, and 1 Energy Refill. Though I appreciate the free stuff, it isn't what the update said we would get. Another person in my clan didn't get the Boss Key.
