Same here too.

I have a similar issue.  Since 9/10/19,  I can't log in unless on my wifi.

-  It just shows connection failure screen when attempting to login from cellular.  No issues with my cell plan I have unlimited,  cleared cache, tried to manually check for updates.  Any workarounds?

The same problem after the end of the battle when connecting via Wi-Fi. Error connecting to server. When connecting to the mobile Internet 3g / 4g, the server connects without errors. Xiaomi redmi 4x. The latest firmware. Flushing the cache and data does not help.

 I have been getting a lot of Server Connection Failure issues. Does it when I just finish a battle. Game will just sit there loading for a while and then give me a server connection failure error. When this happens I lose the energy, clan key, arena energy, I used for that battle plus any rewards I would have gotten. Been playing for 5+ months and never had this issue. Play on Android Stylo 4. All other games, internet, etc, works without problems & I haven't changed any settings or anything else. Restarted game & restarted Cell still receiving this message except now Im getting it everytime I try logging into the game.

Is this all you can actually say to people. The issue isnt resolved as of today 19.01 Uk time the game is still impossible to log onto via Plarium play or Bluestacks!

As i know no any server issue. Did your tried with uninstall reinstall or use vpn?

Seriously, this kind of poor communication with people is what will ruin this game. Number one your English is horrendous, number two are you just sat in your bedroom replying. I honestly wouldn't mind but this game must be raking in 10's of thousands of pounds daily!!

Basic customer service should be at the base of anything. This is so shocking, saying the same crap, taking over 24 hours to reply. Unistall the game and use VPN. Do you actually read what people are saying the game was fine up until Plarium did the hot fixes. Using a private network wont make a shite of difference.
