I was banned for the second time, today, in a week and I really don't understand the reason.

I was chatting with my clan and was also chatting in the global chat but I did not use any wrong words or anything else.

Please help me understand what is happening.

I did not report the first ban which was the exact same situation as now but now it's kind of annoying.

I chat in french usually. I don't know if it is a useful information or not.
