both, but the account is in hotmail. and no it isn't being blocked because im getting support confirmation emails. and no it's not in junk folder either

I can not login, I get the black Screen, then the white one. I left the white one for 30 minutes and came back it was still white sreen!

The first step I would take is delete Raid and get this new update that has come out basically right now. Hopefully that fixes it by itself :)

I did delete and reinstal

This is the second time I have had after a game update. I can not get into the first one and now I am getting LAUNCH ERROR everytime I try to launch to game!
