Account Banned for no reason
My account was banned for “refund abuse” but I’ve never requested a refund for this game. I’ve contacted support and have not received any responses regarding my situation.

Have exactly the same problem. Got banned for cancelling the 9.99 subscription to their raid pass, and they banned me. Support told me it was my own fault for cancelling and the ban will stand. How long is your ban? Mine says 3/9/2020. Not sure if that's 3rd September, or 9th march

Your support are useless. Takes them 3 days to even respond, and then it's automated. I've been locked out of my account for nearly a week now because you're system is flawed. I'm losing out on days for the battle pass I have, and also for the raid pass I supposedly had refunded even though the money's gone from my account.

HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN?! I just went to do my Clan Check In and as soon as I tapped the button I got an error message saying my account has been banned for "Refund Abuse". How do I get banned for "Refund Abuse" when I haven't requested any refunds? This is bloody insane!! And Lord knows how long it will take for someone to respond to my email. This is pure BS
