Hi today i have connection problem and i send you a ticket (1021208), i read yours solution and the problem is my tablet. Now i install the game in a new device, but now i'm again level 1!!!

No answer and not fix today.
At the moment i restart e play with the ID Tybork because i love this game and for me start over its no a problem. I don't care about money, level lost and equipment lost. I care only for my two favourite caracters! I want back my Dracomorph and my Golden Reaper! Please if you cannot fix the account give me back these two! Naked and level 1 its not a problem but i love them and want them back!!! Please!
