a couple nights ago i did 150 runs of ice golem on super raids. My inventory for items was pretty full so when my run finished it deleted over 100 items in my mailbox. I sent a ticket and was told it's my fault for having a full inventory and they won't replace my lost items. i lost over 15k energy i had stored in my mailbox through refills and blocks of energy.
that is pretty messed up tbh, maybe they should add a seperate mail box for overflow of items only.
i don't get it, it really never even went into my mailbox. It was in that recap screen telling how much energy was used, how many gems used, and how much silver gained. i sold all but 5 items from that screen.

As it pertains to how the artifacts visually show up in the multi battles page: If your artifact storage was full then overflow would go to your mailbox by default.

I was told nothing can be done about this. i agree it is an unfortunate situation, one that is a direct result of the flaw in this game.
I spent money on this game and due to a bug in their patch, I am out the items i purchased? This seems like something they would want to fix to keep players happy. If i am just out the items, as much as i enjoy this game, i am done.
