I ordered a bulk value pack for the account Crosshax, and used the fingerprint scan as my login, however the client crashed during the transaction.  I have in my account that the money was taken but I haven't received the items.  Order number is: GPA.3366-8615-2847-03024, I'd like a refund on this purchase.
