Hello there I am looking for help here since I emailed plarium support and have received no answers. I contacted google about a purchase my son made accidentally without my permission and they told me that they had contacted plarium regarding this issue and that I should forward their message to raid.support@plarium.com but since then I have heard no response from plarium support.
