We all know the support from plarium is very lack luster to say the least but I'd hope they would resolve some issues, especially one which pertains to me WANTING to spend money, but cannot. 

I'm trying to purchase a silver raid pass but am unable to. Please refer to the attached image.

The dialogue box appears when I click the currency purchase button but no extra window from the play store arises. It does work with the gold raid pass however.

Please advise a solution as I wish to purchase asap.
