She is supposed to boost ally tm and give speed boost, and reduce opponent tm and place decrease speed. Everything else happens correctly but she also boosts opponent tm instead of reducing it. This enemy team was not even close to full TM before I used Shu-Zhen's A3 and they should have dropped further.

Very easy and consistent to test this, just use her A3 with sufficient accuracy. It seems to happen 100 % of the time. My player ID is um121274963 | 116582533 in case this is needed for something. A fellow discord user alerted me to this bug that I had been subconsciously noticing until now so it's not unique to me.
