Hello there,

I've never heard of a clan finishing off an achievement and not receiving the correct XP. I would either need to see some sort of visual proof of a bug to pass along or you'd need to open a support ticket.

There is no reason for me to lie. Last week we were very close to make clan lvl 5, to have accesa to Yannika fragments. So we discussed in clan to complete some clan achievements, cuz we needed less than 100 points to lvl up.

After we complete 3 of them, that were more than 100 points in total, we were shoked to see that only 15 20 points were given. And is strange because when we finish 30 clan quests, we receve 500 points. 

Proof, im gonna see. I have to keep eyes open when we are allmost finish one clan achievement and take a pic before complete and after.

Wasn't calling you a liar. Support just usually likes things documented and being able to describe and show your issue in full can often expedite matters.

In any case, what I would do in your shoes is have your clan leader open up a ticket with support if you think there's been an error.

same thing just happened to our clan. level up champs to lvl 14 in clan achievements for 98 points. didnt get the points. was this ever resolved for you? our clan OrphanedByWolves
