I have 4 champions currently equipped with 3 sets of 3* lvl 8+ gear and the challenge still reads 3/4.

I have attempted switching the gear to other champions, leveling the artifacts and even removing the extra faction items, even though I know that should not affect the quest. I have spent over one million silver attempting to fix this problem on artifacts that I am going to sell as soon as this quest is complete and I am starting to feel frustrated.
