Romero's A1 (primary) effect does not proc the continuous heal on ally buff when his attack is a "weak" attack. It works for strong, crit, and normal attacks, but not weak. This happens if the attack is as a result of choosing the A1 attack on his turn or as a counterattack. Is this working as intended?
