The key is reset automatically every 6 hours. Unfortunately, we are unable to count the damage inflicted in case the game has been reset.
Have you received any errors before the game reloaded? Also, please specify your Player ID. You will find it in the game settings, Info tab. I will forward the information to our devs. This can help to remove any issues that cause crashes in the game.
