Please explain what you mean by "all donations during event to go on Ukrainian military help donations"? As far as I know there aren't currently any "donations" made to Plarium. 

Are you suggesting that the $$ Plarium makes during this event would be donated to Ukraine? 

Or are you suggesting anyone making a donation of XXX dollars would receive Taras and all proceeds would go to Ukraine?

I can't say I know plans for something like this to happen, and I don't think it's something that will either.
