As far as I understand these deals will behave like fragment packs that normally show up: appearing if you are relatively close to finishing a particular past fragment fusion. 

Would be useful if the news message explained this 🤔

Becouse news basicaly says u can get every lego for 50% off.

Not trying to be rude but where is your understanding coming from?  There was nothing posted saying you needed previous shards for the packs to show up.  We understand its a money grab from plarium so why would they limit who can pay.  Have had serveral clan members ask where are the shard packs as they were more then willing to buy one of the legendaries.  Now I have to let them know the packs are not there if you do not previously have shards of that champion.  This was just another mis-step on Plaruim's part but its ok as they will give all of us free xp potions and energy packs to make up for it.

My understanding comes from being informed this morning that this would function like any other time a player is offered fragments from a past fusion, though it was not communicated as such in the client. The chief difference being the fragments when offered will be half price. This is also being communciated on the official Discord server, but I don't assume everyone goes there.

For ex. you need to have 60 or more fragments to get the deals to show up when they go live. 

The fragments are $1 each.  That seems expensive.   But if you only need 40 or less it could be worth it.  

Any excitement at the prospect of finally getting the last few fragments is wiped away with such a poor execution. No explanation on a vaguely worded "News" item. 

"Don't miss your chance to get one of these awesome Champions at a massive discount."

We'd like to, Plarium, if only we know where (and how) to "get these Fragments at a huge 50% discount." Come on, Plarium. You can do better than that!

I have 95/100 fragments for Versulf. It is apparently on sale today but I don't see anything even after multiple resets... I guess Plarium doesn't want my money 😂

It should eventually show up. Give it time. It has for the past several days of fragments for me, at least.
