So i went afk for couple hours, and when i got back to the game all my artifacts were gone. Nothing else just artifacts i had equipped. everything else was there. But those were my main ones so i put much more into them.
A little bug a lot of players had in their raid career. Till now it helped to log out of the game and log in again.
If this doesn't work, we can't help and you should ask Plarium Support.

This is a known issue, and we are working on a solution. Sadly, it is one of those bugs that doesn’t have an easy fix. Relaunch the game, and all artifacts should be back in their rightful place. Sorry for the temporary inconvenience.
