Wow, super lucky to get those two with just two shards! Luckier than if you'd gotten a meh legendary, really. 

Tayrel is good everywhere and should be your next 6*. Campaign, all dungeons, Clan Boss, arena, faction wars, he can do everything (though of course optimizing him for one area will make him a bit less good in others, you can't have one single gear/masteries build that's perfect everywhere). Seeker is also viable in dungeons, not only arena. 

Seeker doesn't really replace HK in arena considering the aura - probably you'd go HK, Seeker, Tayrel and Athel. Double turn meter boost with Seeker also putting an increase attack at the same time, then Tayrel puts AOE def down and Athel nukes. Could consider bringing Souldrinker instead of Athel for some fights, or instead of Seeker if you don't need the extra TM boost.

Arena is getting tough hope those two can help..yeh souldrinker seems like hes got potential as a big nuker im still farming good attack based gear for him.. wow so Tayrel the next 6*   I pulled coldheart too earlier in the week..love that heartseeker against CB and The dragon and spider den..shes only at 40 though i want to prioritize the next 6*

Coldheart is actually pretty weak in CB - you'd think that scaling off enemy max HP works well there, but no, sadly Heartseeker is massively nerfed in CB. Her big specialty, even more than spider, is fire knight, because her A1 with its 4 hits and heal reduction is so good there, in addition to Heartseeker. Other dungeons work too, but keep in mind that, like the CB, the dragon's turn meter can't be reduced, so you're only bringing your CH for the big damage numbers. Which won't be so big yet in the middle stages, but on stage 20 of any dungeon, CH can hit Heartseekers for well above one million damage if the boss is debuffed. 

So yeah, Tayrel is definitely higher priority because he's good everywhere, at any stage. At your level of progress, Coldheart is mostly a fire knight and spider specialist and of limited use elsewhere. 

Leader: HIgh Khatun - Speed Aura

1st move: High Khatun -----------> Turn Meter + Speed Buff

2nd move: Seeker ----------------> Turn Meter + increase Attack

3rd move: Warmaiden ------------> AOE Def Down

4th move: Athel -------------------> AOE Nuker

Tayrel is another option vs. Warmaiden

Souldrinker is another option vs. Athel

You want to use the higher leveled champion's.

I don't know if your Tayrel is higher level vs. Warmaiden.

You want to pick the one who is higher level + more geared out.

You said Athel is 6 star vs. Souldrinker 5 star.

You want to use Athel as she is more maxed out.

Thanks ive come a long way in arena using this set up. I  use Tayrel.hes up to 50 now for def decrease.

I also pulled golden reaper.. He looks good for arena as well.. 

Golden Reaper is a great hero.

I don't think you can use her at the moment.

However, I do think she could come in handy in the future.

It all comes down to the team set up.

Golden Reaper does a similar job to High Khatun.

Golden Reaper has better base speed.

Golden Reaper has extra turn meter filling.

Most times people replace High Khatun with Golden Reaper.

The problem is you can't replace High Khatun with Golden Reaper due to Speed Aura.

High Khatun is the only hero on your team giving you a Speed Aura.

You really do need the Speed Aura - High Khatun is providing.

However, lets say later on down the road, you complete the Arbiter Missions.

You claim Arbiter from the mission line.

At that point, You could swap out High Khatun + Seeker.

You could use Golden Reaper in place of High Khatun.

You could use Arbiter in place of Seeker.

Your team could transform to something like below:

Leader: Arbiter - Speed Aura 30%

1st move: Golden Reaper -----------> Turn Meter + Speed Buff

2nd move: Arbiter -------------------> Turn Meter + increase Attack

3rd move: Warmadien --------------> AOE Def Down

4th move: Souldrinker --------------> AOE Nuker
