I would appreciate if you could "pass over" to the Plarium this suggestion. Maybe they will resolve constantly "madness" from players (including me sometimes which it prove i am just a human lol 😉) . You know for sure we players will log in to the game every day --> that is a quaranty. But the cb chests are not a quaranty , there is a "maybe" there is a "chance" ect. I think this is what demotivate all players. I dont say there are not good rewards, what i try to say is "why not make guaranteed reward?" so players know for what are they "working" for.
