I would recommend posting your full roster (just the icons of the champions, or a list), and asking what content do you need help with.

I used him briefly in faction wars, he has nice interactions with other champions and can be somewhat viable in Arena, but as the previous poster said please post your full roster and where you need to progress to get better answers.

Atur is a Health based champion with all his skills scaling off Defense.

Atur can do Provokes & Counter Attacks.

Atur Reviews are inflated due to beginners. 

Atur Provokes are not very good because they have low chance percentages.

I think beginner players over hype Atur because Atur can be a very tough hero to kill.

Beginner players get so excited Atur help them win an Arena fight or Dungeon fight.

They give Atur a 5 star review inflating Atur's overall score.

Nevertheless, If you want to build Atur, You could give it a try.

I recommend using the Frost Set + Immortal Set.

You are going to want Accuracy for the Banner.

You will need Accuracy in the Substats if you plan to use Atur in the Arena.
