I just dropped over 300,000 silver trying to upgrade an item from 13-14 and failed every single time without getting the upgrade and completely ran out of silver. There needs to be some way of upgrading gear without it being a massive silver sink for early to mid game players because I don't have a powerful enough team to run spider 20 to get massive amounts of silver and I need two champions fully upgraded for the missions but can't because the game makes me fail 50 times each time I try to upgrade a piece of gear. It's ridiculous!
